Here at Thomas Crapper, we are proud to offer a wide range of products with different weights and sizes. To ensure that your order is delivered as efficiently as possible we have partnered with several international parcel and pallet carriers who offer a range of delivery options.
How much will my delivery cost?
How much you pay for the delivery of your order will usually depend upon the order value. The price you will pay for delivery will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process once the delivery address details have been entered.
In general terms the delivery service and charges are shown in the table below. Delivery times are quoted from date of despatch, which will typically be 5-10 working days from receipt of order:

We understand that the cost of delivery is an important factor in making your purchasing decision. The table above provides an indication of delivery charges for ‘example’ orders being delivered to an address on the mainland of the United States
Please Note: The delivery time quoted in this table refers to the number of days following despatch. We normally aim to despatch goods within 5-10 working days from receipt of order and payment.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered either as parcels or on pallets, depending upon the size and weight of the products ordered.
Parcels are normally delivered to door. Parcel delivery drivers may leave parcels with a neighbour, in a safe place if no-one is available to take delivery at the specified address.
Pallets are normally used for large, heavy or fragile items and when the number of items on an order makes delivery more efficient via a pallet service.
Pallet deliveries are made to an accessible kerbside location on firm ground near to the delivery address.
